During holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time, but we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses or international addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC. There is no extra charge for backorder shipments, and credit card orders are not charged until they leave the warehouse.
Note: Orders received after 12:00 pm EST in the distribution system will begin processing the following business day.

Yes, each order is placed using a secure server.
Effective September 1, 2020, all orders will be required to have a $250 minimum amount.

When suggesting sizes to customers, please keep in mind that sizing is most accurate when calculated through weight and height rather than age. Little ones grow at their own paces, and no two babies are exactly alike!
