1. SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR; TERM. The “Hello, Spring!” Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gerber Childrenswear LLC (“Sponsor”). The entry period starts March 13, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 18, 2019 (“Term”). Entries received after 11:59 PM EST on April 18, 2019 will be ineligible for participation. If Sponsor does not receive an entry for any reason, or if an entry is not entered correctly, the entry will be invalid and the entrant will be ineligible for a prize.
2. ELIGIBILITY. ONLY LEGAL RESIDENTS, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OF THE 50 U.S. STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THOSE STATES WHERE THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW, ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN. Neither Sponsor nor any of its affiliates warrants that this Sweepstakes is valid in a particular jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where this Sweepstakes is prohibited are ineligible to compete in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or of any company retained by Sponsor to promote, administer, or advise with respect to the Sweepstakes (and their respective affiliates), as well as members of said employees’ immediate families, are not eligible to enter. An individual is not eligible to win more than one Sweepstakes prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER; RESTRICTIONS. To enter the Sweepstakes during the Term, an Entrant must (a) access his or her Instagram account; (b) be a follower of Sponsor’s official Instagram page, @gerberchildrenswear, throughout the Term and until prize winner is selected and finalized; (c) like the “Hello, Spring!” Sweepstakes Instagram post; and (d) tag a friend who doesn’t follow @gerberchildrenswear yet in the comment section of the “Hello, Spring!” Sweepstakes Instagram post. Extra entries per friend tagged, but only one per comment in the comment section of the “Hello, Spring!” Sweepstakes Instagram post. If an individual does not currently follow Sponsor’s Instagram page and wants to enter via Instagram, he or she must go to www.instagram.com/gerberchildrenswear and become a follower. If an individual does not have an Instagram account, he or she can sign up for free by visiting www.instagram.com and following the instructions. An individual will be required to accept the terms and conditions of Instagram. Each entrant agrees unconditionally and irrevocably to release Sponsor and Instagram from any liability arising from the Sweepstakes.

1. PRIZES: There will be one (1) prize awarded for the Sweepstakes, comprising one (1) winner. The winner will be randomly selected at the end of the Term. The winner will receive one (1) Gerber Childrenswear Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) gift card. The total value of all prizes to be awarded is Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).

1. NOTIFICATION, RECEIPT OF PRIZES. A prize winner will be considered to be a potential prize winner until Sponsor confirms his or her prize winner status. Entrant grants Sponsor the right in its sole discretion to announce the name or other identifiable information of any Entrant/potential prize winner on its Instagram page, Facebook page, Website (www.gerberchildrenswear.com), or in any other form of public communication. Sponsor will notify the potential prize winner by Instagram Direct Message (“DM”) or Facebook DM. The DM may include instructions from Sponsor with which the potential prize winner must comply before being declared a prize winner and awarded a prize. In the event of non-compliance with any of the rules set forth herein, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a winner’s prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. Winners will receive their prizes within fifteen (15) business days after Sponsor’s receipt of any authorization, affidavit, release, or other form or verification requested by Sponsor under these Sweepstakes Rules.

1. USE OF IMAGES AND LIKENESS; RELEASES. By accepting a prize, winners agree to (to the extent permitted by their states’ laws, including those of Tennessee) and do grant Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use their names, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likenesses, and/or voices in connection with any current or future media for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sweepstakes winners shall be required to sign and return within ten (10) days of Sponsor’s request an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible a Publicity Release.
